Fabio Misitano

Principle FEA Engineer - Fabio has over 20 years of experience working in automotive and motorsport. His enthusiasm for studying internal combustion engines has driven his school choices as well as his working ones. He has gradually moved his step from large automative manufactures like Flat and Ford to niche ones like Bentley Motors and then straight into racing with McLaren F1 and WRC?WEC with Toyota Gazoo Racing.

Ian Thatcher

Senior Design Engineer - Ian has over 22 years of experience across a wide spectrum of projects; from cradle-to-grave designing of high-performance motorcycle engines in mass production whilst at Triumph Motorcycles Limited to the design and manufacture of one-off research engines during his time at MAHLE Powertrain. Ian has also previously held roles at Cummins Inc. and Integral Powertrain.

Duncan Dunbar

Senior Design Engineer - Former Engineering Team Leader at at multiple world-championship winning Formula One team Mercedes AMG HPP. Leads engine block and driveline structural/dynamic design 20 years’ experience in motorsport having also worked in Superbikes, MotoGP and Historic Racing.

Head of Test & Development - Huw has over 10 years of experience working across automotive and motorsport. Previously Head of Test and Development at multiple world-championship winning Formula One team Mercedes AMG High Performance Powertrains following on from his time at Jaguar Land Rover.

Head of Business Development - MazSci in Physics and PhD in Nanoscience from the Universities of Bristol and Sheffield respectively. Jeremy has been working on the leading edge of technology and product development for the last 18 years. Experience includes technology start-ups including Warwick Acoustics and multinational corporates including Siemens.
